Executive Aviation is looking for part time Ground Handler Leads to work at the St. John's International Airport (YYT). We are looking for hands on people, who have flexible availability and who love working with airplanes. We offer a great paid training program. The sky's the limit with Executive Aviation.ResponsibilitiesBecome person of accountability for each arrival and departureLead ground handling operation on a daily basisMeet frequently with Ground Ops Manager to review operational and personal performanceEnsure all agents are briefed on their anticipated rolesEnsure all ground equipment is operational and provide a back-up plan for unserviceable equipmentRecord daily operations for billing / invoicingEnsure each airline procedures are followed in line with the rules and regulations of Transport CanadaDrive and operate ramp serving equipment, marshal/wing walk aircraft to gateSort, load and offload guest baggage in accordance with load plan, deliver guest baggage to claim area and unload onto conveyor systemServices aircraft water and lavatoriesInspect ramp areas for debris and remove/dispose of when foundReport all equipment malfunctions to the appropriate supervisorGrooms aircrafts – clean whole cabin, lavatories, restock lavatory with suppliesDe-icing aircraft and recording deice fluid applications for billing / invoicing and auditingProvide daily vehicle inspectionsOther tasks as requiredQualifications:Minimum 1-year ground handling experiencePossess a valid restricted area pass and AVOP (D/A)A positive individual with the ability to lead a teamHave a record of safe working habits and personal on-time performanceHas displayed great leadership skills, or an interest in learningHas successfully completed all required airline training programsApplyApply for this positionRequired*First Name*Last Name*Email Address*Phone*AddressResume*We've received your resume.
