Industrial construction company, well established in Ville Saint-Laurent, is currently looking for a project administrative assistant to join their motivated team and contribute to a growing company.What will your daily life look like:As a project administrative assistant, you play a vital role in providing support to the project management team. You will collaborate with all parties involved to ensure the success of the project.Benefits :Permanent Position

Great dynamic teamResponsibilities:Drafting project documentation, including bids, contracts, reports, etc.
Assistance in planning, scheduling and resourcing projects
Track project progress and track milestones
Management of internal and external communications
Participation in estimates, offers and contract proposals.
Coordination with subcontractors, suppliers and service providers.
Monitoring project invoicing and client invoices.Qualifications:Bilingualism in both spoken and written French and English
Experience in a similar position (great asset)
Proficient in project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project). ( asset )
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent organizational skills, management of priorities and deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
