- Organic Marketing - Client Newsletter: Keep prospects and clients informed with regular newsletter campaigns and automation.
- Organic Marketing - SEO: Oversee SEO strategies to ensure top ranking in search engine results and driving increased organic traffic.
- Organic Marketing - Reputation Management: Implementing strategies to monitor and enhance the company's online reputation, ensuring a positive brand image.
- Performance Marketing - Cold Email: Spearhead cold email campaigns to generate 100 demos booked per month. Manage the cold email operator.
- Performance Marketing - Partner Program: Support the growth of the partner program to foster strategic alliances, enhancing market penetration and brand visibility.
- Performance Marketing - Ads: Support ads agency with campaigns across various channels, including social, search and newsletter drops to generate leads and demos. Manage the agency of record.
- Performance Marketing - Events/Conferences/Dinners: Support in planning and execution of industry events, conferences and dinners for revenue growth.
- Department Management - Budget Management: create and manage the marketing department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to hit objectives.
- Department Management - Team Management: Supporting the growth and management of the marketing team with the in-house team, agencies and vendors. Required Skills & Experience: • Ideally 5+ years building and leading a marketing team.
- Proven track record of success in a marketing leadership role within a B2B SaaS startup or fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven track record of managing an ad spend budget and generating a strong ROI in paid search and social.
- An understanding of sales motion, partnership program as well as a product-led growth motion.
- Experience managing external marketing agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with the latest marketing trends and technologies, bonus if you have experience working with Hubspot.
- Ability to use excel to generate reports and manage data for marketing campaigns.
- Process and number driven.
