- Collaborating with First Nation communities and Municipal clients on a range of infrastructure, environmental, energy, and planning initiatives.
- Generating technical and planning reports by analyzing data using Microsoft Suite tools.
- Taking the lead in engaging with communities and clients, including delivering presentations.
- Ensuring timely and budget-compliant preparation of reports, proposals, and other necessary documentation.
- Coordinating project delivery schedules, managing logistics, assisting with budget tracking and invoicing, and serving as the primary point of contact for team members and clients.
- Communicating complex project information effectively to both clients and peers.
- Utilizing Microsoft and other relevant software for data management, input, and analysis.
- Actively contributing to problem-solving efforts within project teams.
- Providing support to senior project management staff across various projects.
- At least five (5) years of relevant project management experience in Environmental or Planning fields in Canada.
- Completion of post-secondary education in Environmental, Planning, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated strong prioritization and organizational abilities, adept at handling large volumes of data.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, whether independently or within a team.
- Initiates action and possesses strong research capabilities to communicate innovative ideas effectively.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexible to travel across Ontario, including remote areas, as per client requirements.
