- Prepares and cooks a variety of dishes according to established recipes while ensuring quality, taste, and presentation.
- Prepares and cooks special meals for guests based on communicated allergies or intolerances.
- Takes responsibility for the quality and function of a specific kitchen station, such as the grill, sauté, pantry, or pastry.
- Organizes and stocks ingredients, ensuring they are readily available and properly stored.
- Follows portion control guidelines accurately to reduce food waste and to ensure consistent quality and taste of dishes.
- Ensures the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment. Adheres to all food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices.
- Minimum 1 years of related experience.
- Completion of Secondary school required.
- Valid Food safe certificate or advanced (Level 2) Food Safety certification is preferred.
