  • Place of work: 6555 boul. Metropolitan East, #301 Saint-Léonard, H1P 3H3
  • Full time position – (37.5h/week) – On site
  • Start date: Immediately.
OBJECTIVE OF THE JOBUnder the responsibility of the Accounts payable supervisor, the Accounts payables Agent task is to participate in the primary daily task for the processing of our supplier invoices.JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Process invoices from an automated system
  • Validate that the information generated by the system is the same as the information shown on the invoices.
  • Be Meticulous and alert in order to resolve discrepancies.
  • Carefully follow the processes and perform quality work.
  • Be curious and like to learn.
  • Being in the action to process a large volume of transactions.
  • Other related responsibilities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Level of Studies: DVS/DEP, CEGEP or University level in administration, accounting or any other training or combination deemed equivalent could be considered.
  • Experience with accounts payable (an asset).
  • Communication skills (Bilingual).
  • Sense of organization, efficiency and priority management.
  • Interest in learning.
  • Ability and ease to navigate using computer tools.
  • Proficiency in Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
