- Identify market opportunities through prospect discussions, customer feedback, and market research; understand ATS' services offerings, and define the necessary products & solutions architecture that maximizes our financial performance.
- Own the compilation and communication of the solutions roadmap and lifecycle of our products and offerings.
- Build credible, data-based and insight-based business cases for undertaking new product offerings within existing portfolios, development.
- Track and manage the profitability of the service-product portfolio; understand revenue upside potential, identify optimizations for cost structure and service delivery with the goal of maximizing margins.
- Understand the competitive landscape: defining the offering structure, pricing, major competitors & competitor types, and value propositions for all competing offerings in our market space.
- Ensuring the effective planning and delivery of service solutions through close collaboration with key stakeholder teams at ATS as necessary to drive success: sales, marketing, finance, R&D, engineering, divisional & regional service teams.
- Enable and assist with marketing content generation for the target markets, segments and customers; present a clear value proposition as to how and why our products & solutions deliver value to customers, enabling Marketing promotion and ultimate sales success.
- Enable and assist in sales training and enablement; internal playbooks and customer presentations, defining how-to-sell and execute the offer vision.
- Enable and assist Marketing in generating testimonials, customer success stories and whitepaper content to drive Global Services promotions capabilities.
- Become a knowledge-leader and key asset for Sales and Services team members globally; an inspirational support and driver of our service solutions.
- Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
- Additional business degree or leadership certificate is a plus.
- A combination of Marketing, Sales, and Engineering experience.
- Product management experience in B2B markets.
- Experience with Services and service solutions.
- Experience in technology/manufacturing fields; industrial automation, industrial equipment, processes, etc.
- Experience in key ATS market segments: life sciences, food & beverage, automotive, energy etc.)
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with international partners and marketing in international markets is a plus.
- An inherent desire to delight customers.
