- Experience in developing and managing national account programs within the automotive dealership sector is advantageous.
- At least 2 years of business development experience focusing on major accounts, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Capable of establishing and nurturing business relationships across all organizational levels, including executives, with both potential and existing clients.
- Proficient in strategic sales techniques and adept at negotiating win-win agreements to foster long-term partnerships.
- Demonstrated track record of successful sales experience in field settings is essential.
- Possesses flexibility, motivation, and adaptability to work effectively in diverse environments.
- Confident and proactive leadership qualities.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Strong business insight and a commitment to achieving results.
- Embraces a client-centric approach with attentive listening skills.
- Skilled in identifying and cultivating new account opportunities.
- Consistently follows up and maintains professional communication standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
