Are you fluency level bilingual in French and English ?If you answered yes, then we would like to hear from you!We are currently hiring for a Customer support agent to work for a call center to support a not-for-profit organization. This is an ongoing contract role!Salary : 17 /hr
Tentative start Date: April 4, 2024
Hours of Operation: Hours of Support: Monday to Friday - (7:30- 4pm CST)

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls.
- Investigation work on a donor's account
- Outbound calling to follow up with inquired or declined cards.
- Empathize with the callers and provide them with an exceptional customer service
- Updating databases and accurately entering all the information (i.e. cc information, processing donations and more!)
- Attention to detail and accuracy is important
- Assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may haveQualifications
  • Must be fluent in English and French
  • Must be tech savvy and working with different computer softwares
  • Must be able to multitask in a changing environment
- Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check (We will pay for the check!)
  • Customer service experience is required
  • Previous contact center experience is an asset
