- Perform clerical related duties such as typing of correspondence, photocopying, scanning, mass mailings to clients and internal mail delivery within the office
- Providing tax return assembly support to the Administration Team
- Data entry related duties while paying close attention to detail
- Collect data, generate reports and updating various internal software systems
- Support professional staff and other administrative staff with tasks as requested
- Develop and maintain productive working internal and external relationships
- Support with invoicing
- This position will be an in-office role

- You are currently working towards a degree/diploma, related to office administration
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite is required

- You have proven leadership skills and can take initiative to seek understanding
