- Support the Project Manager in coordinating project deliverables
- Assist in the monitoring of the project scope, budget, and schedule
- Assist in project coordination between other design disciplines
- Support in resolving design challenges with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with preparation of client submittals, reports, presentations, analysis, guidelines, and project plans
- Prepare meeting minutes or other project documentation as needed
- Develop, with the oversight of the Project Manager, Change Orders or other contractual documents between the Client and the Design Team
- Prepare, track, and resolve requests for information (RFI) in liaison with the design team and the Client to ensure the design team has the information required to complete the design
- Support the Project manager with project reporting as required
- Support in the delivery of high quality, coordinated, on time deliverables that meet the project intent and client needs
- Support the creation of various management plans required for the project
- Develop broad technical knowledge and awareness to facilitate management of technical disciplines
- Utilize project management techniques, systems, procedures, and tools utilized to meet project objectives
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the fields of Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, Economics, Business Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Interest in infrastructure and buildings projects
- Professional demeanor
- Good communication skills essential for team-based working
- Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment
- Must be highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges
- Able to work independently or as part of a large team
- Critical thinking, communication, and customer service skills
- Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future to be considered for this role.
- Minimum of 3.0 GPA
- Interest in PMP certification in the future
