- Complete credit card reports monthly.
- Assisting with verification and processing of supplier invoices
- Tracking billing, credit or other related transactions;
- Management support and participation in Audit preparation;
- Distribution, grading and tracking of employee training
- Filing of job paperwork to ensure that document retention standards are met
- Monthly fuel reporting
- Auditing of technician paperwork
- General administrative duties
- College diploma in an accounting field, or first-year accounting experience
- 3-5 year's of administrative support experience;
- Experience in industrial gases or pharmaceutical is an asset.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft suite of progams a must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent time management and work prioritization skills with an ability to effectively manage multiple high impact priorities and obtain results.
- A proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- A positive attitude, be willing to quickly adapt to changing situations, have strong communications skills, and a strong will to build and maintain productive relationships across departmental lines.
- Self-motivated and have the ability to work independently as well as to lead and participate on cross-functional teams.
- Professional, excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English.
