Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Senior Joint Interest Contract Analyst for our client located in Calgary, AB.The role includes drafting and implementing JI agreements, maintaining data accuracy, collaborating with internal teams, managing stakeholder communication, and supporting A&D transactions. Additionally, it involves administrative tasks such as data entry and financial analysis as required.The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree with a focus on business, analytics, or economics, which would be considered an asset. Additionally, completion of PJVA Administration & Analyst Certificates is required, along with a minimum of 7+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably within a Joint Interest Department.Seize this chance and apply today to propel yourself towards your career aspirations!Location: Calgary, ABShifts: Monday - FridayJob type: Full-time | Temporary | 2 Month ContractHere's why you should apply:Hires fast, pays weekly.4% vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque.Medical and dental benefits once qualified.Free training programsNew and quicker onboarding processResponsibilities:Drafting all types of JI agreements to document and execute on commercial and business development opportunities.Review and implement agreement amendments, revisions, ownership changes, fee changes, obligations, contact/address changes, etc.Maintain accurate data for facilities and pipelines, including working interest, and updates as required.Engage, support, and collaborate with other internal groups such as: commercial services, production services, operations, engineering, production & joint venture accounting, legal, audit, corporate development, A&D, EQ, etc.Maintain a high data standard and ensure data completeness and integrity within multiple databases.Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and/or disputes in a timely manner.Act as the primary contact for third party tie-in activities including the management of change (MOC) process.Manage SAP workflows for joint interest AFEs.Support A&D transactions including agreement/ROFR/consent reviews, due diligence, Q&A, etc.On an ad-hoc basis, provide administrative support to the JI team including, data entry, mail outs, mail ballot setup and tracking, agreement scanning, etc.On an ad-hoc basis, run analysis on plant and gathering system financials and support generation of lease operating statements if/when required.Qualifications & Skills:Must be eligible to work and reside within CanadaBachelors degree with a focus on business, analytics or economics would be considered an asset.Completion of PJVA Administration & Analyst CertificatesMinimum of 7+ years of experience in Oil & Gas, preferentially in a Joint Interest Department.Understanding of conventional and oil sands upstream production operations.Strong ability to analyze complex information and present findings in a clear concise manner.Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate multiple tasks, often with conflicting priorities.Collaborate with asset teams and provide JI/Commercial support on operations initiatives.Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.Systems Experience in MS Office, SAP, CS Land, Accumap, ArcMap, Enverus, is preferred.Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint would be considered an asset.Don't miss out on this Senior Joint Interest Contract Analyst job in Calgary, apply now!
