- Under the direction of our Asset Management Team Leaders, contributing to securing a pipeline of work across a range of private and public infrastructure and business sectors.
- Leading and assisting in the technical delivery and management of asset management projects across North America and in support of GHD Advisory globally.
- Playing an active role in building asset management business development and delivery teams, providing direction to and coaching team members in support of the overall functioning of the business.
- Providing technical leadership on asset management projects, including direction to and input on tenders/bids and proactive client proposals.
- As a proactive and engaged member of GHD's global Asset Management business, bringing leadership, innovation, and positive contributions to the evolution of the GHD Asset Management Way proposition.
- Experience client-side managing an asset management program and/or undertaking asset management activities including maintenance services, renewal planning, and service performance, augmented by time providing asset management consulting experience; or, confirmed experience providing asset management consulting services for 10+ years.
- Willingness and capability to lead bids and projects, and be a positive, collaborative team member on other's bids and projects, across a diverse range of infrastructure sectors and for industrial, private sector clients.
- Technology-centric, data analysis capabilities and experience, that may include the use, development, selection, configuration, implementation and/or implementation oversight of asset management information solutions, with knowledge of systems such as IBM Maximo®, HxGN EAM, Trimble Cityworks, Bentley AssetWise, and the like.
- Experience delivering organizational development consulting services including business process improvement, change management, risk management, performance alignment, and training, centered around service and operations performance.
- Demonstrated ability in continued learning, personal skills development, and codifying knowledge gained, and a commitment to continuous services and delivery innovation.
- An undergraduate degree, or equivalent confirmed experience, in relevant engineering, technology, and environmental fields, with Institute of Asset Management (IAM, UK), SMRP or PEMAC professional certifications, or their international equivalents.
- Demonstrated awareness of the critical need for client service excellence.
