- Support our compliance & regulator requirements: Provide direction to ensure there is appropriate governance in place to meet our regulatory and compliance requirements. Also participate in our Internal and External Audits as required.
- Building formality and structure: Contribute to the development and maintenance of IAM documentation, including development of standards, guidelines. Enforce IAM controls related to
- Application design and on-boarding to the IAM tool
- Business role creation and modification
- Investigate and validate segregation of duties violations
- Assist in user re-certifications, reconciliations, system profile validation and other IAM related reviews.
- Drive efficiency in delivery of identity services to the enterprise: Oversee and manage technical resources to ensure Service Level Agreements are met. Look for opportunities to streamline access management processes through automation. Establish Key Performance Indicators and continuously measure performance against targets
- Subject Matter Expert on Identity in projects: Lead the development and execution of IAM projects and support ad-hoc requests that require capabilities related to privileged management, access management and cross application/system identity integration.
- Support the definition of the future state: Work with the Cybersecurity Architect to build/update and refine to the IAM strategic roadmap
- Collaborate across the enterprise: Work with cross-functional teams to streamline our IAM processes and enhance user experiences.
- Stay current: Stay connected to all identity technologies and continuously seek to understand how new capabilities can be adopted to improve our enterprise processes.
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline preferred
- 10+ Years of professional IT related work experience with at least 5 years working directly in an Identity and Access Management capacity. required
- Ability to influence and problem solve with your expertise and negotiate with stakeholders
- Understands Risk & Controls, control gaps and action plans.
- Knowledge of IAM security practices and regulatory compliance (SOX)
- Experience managing 3rd party vendors
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and related Defender Identity products.
- Experience in one or more IAM solutions including Privileged Access Management solutions (i.e. Secret Server)
- Experience in one or more IAM solution implementations is preferred.
- Advanced understanding of policy frameworks (NIST, ISO, ISF, and others) would be an asset.
- Excellent client management skills, including interacting and communicating with business partners, consolidating requirements, translating them into cyber deliverables, and establishing KPIs and service levels to improve the client
- Relevant Cyber and Risk certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CISA)
