The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting product managers with daily tasks, supporting various product categories and related programs. This position is instrumental in streamlining product lifecycle management, delivering effective educational tools, and supporting product development initiatives.Advantages

As the Product Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with creating product collateral to effectively communicate features and benefits
- Developing, publishing, and maintaining training materials for both customer accounts and end-users
- Assisting in the creation, review, and proof-reading of marketing materials, including product spec sheets and packaging
- Communicating with external stakeholders regarding quotations, specifications, samples, marketing collateral, and customer specific program execution requirements
- Providing timely assistance for basic sales inquiries
- Assisting with activities related to the introduction and release of new products to the market, manage and maintain a comprehensive product database, ensuring accuracy and standardization
- Creating and maintaining product specifications; UPC and Model #'s, Master Product Database and Graphic Design requests through the company systems
- Other duties as assignedQualifications
- College or University degree with an emphasis in Business Management with previous experience working in a similar role supporting a product team
- Highly proficient using MS Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in Consumer Products is a strong asset
- Willingness to develop a high level of product knowledge, including technical aspects.
- Highly detail oriented with excellent planning and priority setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal as this position deals with internal stakeholders as well as external clients
- Limited, occasional travel may be required
- Bilingual French an assetSummary
