- This position will play a critical role in optimizing our Integrated Business Planning Processes for our company (RBP) as well as supporting processes with an enterprise view.
- Familiar with SAP Fiori, SAP Analytic Cloud is highly preferred.
- Solution Owner will help lead, collaborate and be the conduit of IBP between other BPO (Business Process Owners).
- Strong technical/configuration skills, while understanding business acumen to provide recommendations.
- Core modules, SD, FI, MM.
- Plans to implement, EAM, Product Scheduling, Inventory Optimization, Control Tower, Concur to Ariba.

- Minimum of 5 years of SAP IBP / APO experience.
- Strong background and deep business knowledge of the relevant Business Process Domain.
- Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP IBP modules, and other SAP platforms relevant to the business domain as well as a robust understanding of overall ERP end to end processes.
- Must have outstanding project management skills; ability to define a detailed project plan, manage resources, articulate and resolve outstanding issues, and manage project schedules.
- Experience in developing and nurturing trustworthy relationships; demonstrated ability to align functional/domain priorities with enterprise priorities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to effectively get ideas across and get buy in from all levels of the organization.
- 8 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Continuous Improvement certification is a plus (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt).
- SAP IBP certification of modules related to the domain area is a strong asset.
- Strong background and deep business knowledge of the relevant Business Process Domain.
