As an organization built on a foundation of diversity, it’s important that our team members are representative of the students from more than 150 countries that we support.The Opportunity:As a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, collaborating directly with senior leadership to develop and direct HR strategies that align with our global company-wide objectives. Reporting to the Vice President (VP) for People and Culture, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our People & Culture initiatives forward, supporting organizational growth, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.What you’ll be doing:Business Partnership: Partner with senior leadership to understand business challenges and propose solutions focused on enhancing employee engagementStrategic Alignment: Establish and drive HR programs/talent initiatives forward while ensuring alignment with business needs and objectivesEmployee Relations: Provide hands-on and data-driven inputs and advice to Divisional Leaders on people related issues. Resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations and escalate issues as needed to ensure a positive work environmentTalent Management: Oversee workforce planning and succession planning initiatives, identify training needs, and assist with training initiatives to support employee development and career advancementContinuous Improvement: Suggest new HR strategies, participate in the continuous improvement of systems and processes, and leverage HR metrics and reporting to drive data-driven decision-makingWhat you bring to the table:Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR Generalist, with at least 2 years working directly with business unitsUniversity or College Diploma in business specializing in Human Resources, or equivalent.
