Your responsibilities as Receptionist include but are not limited to :- Greeting and directing visitors.
- Answering calls and managing correspondence.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Issue work orders and purchase orders for any HVAC requests
- Assist with any event management and coordination responsibilities
- Keeping the reception area tidy and professional.
- Providing information to visitors and staff.
- Data entry and record-keeping.
- Handling inquiries courteously and professionally.
- Coordinating deliveries and maintaining security.
- Managing office supplies and following company policies.Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions/short correspondence/memos and to ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding
- Ability to communicate with different departments of the office with professionalism
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Summary
