- Position Overview
- Processing quotes – not at inception but can work into role
- Processing payments, or contacting clients re: late or missing payments from billing notices
- Receiving call from clients to process payments on insurer portal
- Portal entry experience - data entry renewal letters on program renewals for the brokers
- mail processing
- RIBO licensed preferred but not required
- Position Requirements
- 2+ years administrative experience, answer common customer questions.
- reporting claims to insurer
- Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player – ability to adapt to and work cooperatively with various individuals
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience with Applied Epic is an asset, and Compu-Quote
