If so, this is a great opportunity for you!Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for Bilingual HR Coordinator for a10 month's contract in Montréal. This is hybrid role. There is a possibility of contract extension and conversion depends on the business needs.
Pay rate: $25.00 / Hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4pm
Open to fully bilingual candidates located in Toronto, provided that they are able to work onsite twice a week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)Advantages

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual HR Coordinator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Providing a broad range of operational process support
  • Performing general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities
  • Supporting various HR programs and processes, providing first level analysis to resolve business issues
  • Referring or escalating processing or operational issues
  • Processing various transactions accurately, on time and in line with established guidelines/procedures
  • Providing optimal employee and partner service, including guidance and advice on programs and procedures, while adhering to customer service standards and Customer Experience Model
  • Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and support process improvement initiatives:
  • Completing investigations - report / escalate risk issues or process gaps identified
  • Escalating non-standard or high risk transactions or other activities as deemed appropriate
  • Prioritizing and managing own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity
  • Following internal and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactions for either the organization or clients
  • Maintaining working relationships with external and internal partners including responding to questions and/or concerns in an effective and timely manner
  • Ensuring documentation that is prepared / completed is accurate and properly reflects client / business intentions and is consistent with relevant rules / regulations
  • Accessing systems, know and apply system capabilities, ensure update of information is completed timely and accurately:
  • Adhering to standardized documentation procedures
  • Updating and contribute to the preparation of procedural documents in support of day-to-day operations
  • Being knowledgeable and/or aware of industry developments from a HR program and regulatory perspective for own area
  • Supporting the team by continuously developing knowledge in own area
  • Participating in personal performance management and development activities, including cross training within own team
  • Keeping others informed and up-to-date about the status/progress of projects and all relevant or useful information related to day to day activities
  • Contributing to a fair, positive and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce:
  • Acting as a brand champion for the business area/function and the bank, both internally and/or externally
Qualifications
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, in both French & English
  • Strong time management, with ability to adapt to change
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable navigating computer software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Post-secondary mandatory
Nice to have:
  • Previous banking or FI experience
  • Investigative, critical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of different Leave types
  • Previous HR knowledge or experience
