- Strong communication skills by email and phone
- Fluently bilingual required for communications outside of Quebec
- Strong Excel knowledgeMain Responsibilities:- Open client accounts, ensuring accurate recording of all customer terms and conditions
- Credit verification for new clients
- Posting deposits to customer account
- Maintenance of customer files
- Issuance of monthly statements
- Collection of past due accounts
- Reconciling customer accounts when there are discrepancies
