- Business group: The Regulatory Initiatives team oversees implementation of Regulatory changes to client’s internal processes. The projects range from small troubleshooting to larger implementation projects.
- The Project: The current project will have the successful candidate leading the project work stream for a technical implementation. This project would oversee the change implementation for the Capital Markets Regulatory program.
- The successful candidate will gain experience with a wide-reaching project, working with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure the changes are implemented successfully.
- Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
- Gathers requirements from business units and documents findings related to the project
- Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
- Reporting on work stream status to internal stakeholder, preparing presentations on project updates
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for raising any risks and areas of concern related to the project
- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 5 years experience working in a Capital Markets environment
- Prior experience with Data/Process mapping
- Prior experience with Postman, Fenergo, and or Droit
- Strong familiarity with PowerBI and SharePoint
- Prior experience working on a Regulatory Implementation project
- Excellent oral/written communication, relationship management, and time management skills
- Fast learner with strong analytical skills and improvement mindset.
- The ideal candidate would be a senior Business Analyst having worked previously within one of the big 5 Canadian Banks on a Cap Markets project
- University degree in business, finance or other relevant field preferred
- Structure and Format: 1 panel video interview with HM & Team Member (60mins)
