Reporting to the Property Manager, in this role, you will support the office management team in the day-to-day operations, providing outstanding service to our tenants.Job DescriptionAs a member of this team, you will be responsible for:Tenant Relationship ManagementAssist in establishing and maintaining tenant relations by understanding tenant needs, concerns and contributing to prompt resolutions;Assist in Tenant move-in and move-out procedures.Manage day-to-day operations of buildings co-working facility - OxWorx;Lease interpretation and ensuring adherence to requirements..ReportingAssist in ensuring all reports are prepared accurately and in a timely manner, recognizing the importance of internal and external relationships;Assist with monthly management report and complete revenue variance analysis;Assist with quarterly reforecasting/reporting;Assist in annual budget preparation.General Office AdministrationAttend department and tenant meetings and take minutes if required;Prepare tenant memos as required;Maintain the tenant manual and coordinate annual updates, as well as supporting the education and enforcement of policies and procedures.OtherManagement and 3rd party management oversight of the day-to-day running of the Fitness Facility;Assist Property Manager and 3rd party parking manager with day-to-day running and marketing of parkade;In conjunction with Operational teams, conduct property and unit inspections with the intention of identifying maintenance issues or safety concerns that could negatively the customer or tenant experience;Maintain vacant suites to Oxford’s standard and assist the leasing team as required;Manage storage facilities, coordinate new license agreements and terminations;All other duties and projects as assigned from time to time.To succeed in this role, you:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Property Management required;Post-secondary degree with focus in business or real estate preferred;Enrolment in RPA/CPM is an asset;Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities under pressure with careful attention to detail;Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills;Strong Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office required, basic Knowledge in JDE preferred;Excellent communication skills both written and oral;Strong interpersonal skills for working closely with customers and tenants.Our story:Oxford Properties Group (“Oxford”) is a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and business builder.
