Our Fostering Influential Talent (F.I.T.) Internship Program give students real-world exposure to one of the world’s leading fashion and apparel companies. Our 10-week Summer F.I.T. Program is based at a LS&Co. office and is the perfect way to gain work experience in the core of the organization, while learning what a career at LS&Co. might have in store for you.In addition to daily responsibilities, all F.I.T. Interns will participate in summer project in their department to support an important business initiative and work with various areas of our business and our brands. Leadership seminars and career exploration learning series connect our interns to our leaders and provide exposure to different career paths internally. Intern performance will be assessed over the Summer and could potentially lead to a full-time offer upon graduation.NOTICE: For this role, we presently are seeking candidates who will not require Company visa sponsorship for the internship program, or for a potential follow-up offer of regular employment. Candidates who require such visa sponsorship will not be considered. For any roles working remotely, the work must also be performed in Canada, not in a foreign country. You must be able to provide proof of work authorization.About the Role:Work with internal contacts to manage all weekly/monthly sales and order processes.Support the sales team in facilitating the 6P strategy (product, promotion, price, place, planning and profitability).Support completion of Annual Financial Plan (AFP) for Wholesale channel, by supporting management of orders in partnership with allocation team on delivery issues, pricing discrepancies, checking available inventory, with the end goal of maximizing delivery on inbound customer orders.Support role in linking with internal partners i.e. allocation team, Supply Planning, and Distribution Center for all issues concerning product, availability, selling and immediate market opportunities.Assist the Sales team in managing Assortment Plan Worksheets for each account.Coordinate images and content/copy for WS.com and B2B platform BCOM/Your XX.Support team on size selection process in collaboration with sizing team.Support the Sales team with daily, weekly seasonal tasks and special projects.Marketplace mapping – brand/pricing review within the Canadian marketplace.Requirements:Located in the Greater Toronto, Canada AreaPassion for the Levi’s brand and LS&Co. ways of workingFluent in MS OfficeAbility to work with Power PointAbility to manipulate big data in Microsoft Excel (i.e. pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s)Driver’s license and access to an automotive vehicleHigh school diploma or GEDMust be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, associate program or graduate programExpected Graduation date Spring 2025Eligible to work in Canada and provide proof of work authorizationExperience with apparel industry and product knowledge (preferred)Additional Information:Salary: 24 CAD/Hour for undergraduatePaid Canadian Corporate holidaysProduct discount of 60% off regular-price Levi’s merchandiseLevi Strauss & Co. is committed to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and recruiting and maintaining a workforce that welcomes and respects people from diverse backgrounds while enabling our employees to make an impact.
