- Creates Service Work Orders for Technicians
- Proofreads sales & service orders for completeness and any anomalies or errors
- Tracks and expedites orders
- Enters data and edits orders
- Ensures any special requirements for Service Technicians are ordered
- Provides administrative support for sales by:
- Calling customers for final payment and making arrangements
- Assisting co-workers with workload.
- Communicates with customers including contractors, dealers or home owners as well as assigned sales entrepreneurs to ensure all parties are provided with accurate information:
- Confirms customer requirements for service and other information (sales & customer)
- Schedules service and books Service Technicians by:
- Confirms Service Technicians time requirements so that adequate time is booked for each job.
- Looks for opportunities to maximize a complete and full schedule for Service Technicians.
- Enters appointments using online schedule.
- Confirms and communicates schedule with customers.
- Ensures all product is available, ordered correctly and on time.
- Manage the main phone line and direct calls accordingly
- minimum Grade 12 education
- strong customer service background (1 – 2 years preferred)
- proficient computer skills
- excellent time management skills
- ability to communicate professionally and courteously
- Sales and/or building construction experience would be an asset
