- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive revenue and customer acquisition. Utilize technology and metrics to optimize performance across all marketing channels.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to 3-6 direct reports primarily in North America with the potential to extend to other geographies. Collaborate with global field marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
- Content Conceptualization and Planning: Work closely with our content and solution marketing teams to conceptualize and plan creative content and campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive growth. Ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all content initiatives.
- Optimization and Analysis: Track engagement metrics and analyze data to optimize new and existing content for maximum impact. Utilize analytical insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to develop cross-functional strategies and initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork to drive collective success.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition in a B2B technology environment. Accounting or related financial services and/or technologies experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and Hubspot
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
