- Build and nurture relationships with fellow colleagues, while building and leading a team.
- Develop and maintain exceptional consultative relationships with existing customers.
- Demonstrate ability to close sales and overcome customer objections.
- Do in-person sales and meet the daily set targets.
- Responsibly managing and coordinating the entire sales cycle from initial sales appointments to ongoing customer relationship management.
- Undergo full customer care training to become product experts and learn the in-depth promotional techniques to accommodate client needs.
- Gaining an in-depth understanding of the customer's unique business needs, goals, and challenges and facilitating solutions.
- 18 years old or older.
- Able to work full-time hours (Monday - Friday).
- Able to pass a criminal background check.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required.
- Paid company travel, retreats, and team nights.
