Bayshore Healthcare is also Canada’s Best Employers Forbes 2023 list.We are seeking a detail orientated, organized Business & Quality Analyst with excellent communication and collaboration project team skills to contribute on our Process Automation Project Team in Finance. Our Finance Project team oversees all Finance related projects, supporting various lines of business and internal Finance Departments including Shared Services which processes field staff payroll verification (for over 6,000 field staff) and billing (to Provincial Health Authorities, Government Agencies, Private & Public Insurance). Project initiatives include process optimization and change management activities related to People, Process & Technology systems such as Peoplesoft, Alayacare, Procura with an emphasis on building a Center of Excellence for RPA. The ideal candidate is passionate about change, process improvement, operational effectiveness, accuracy, customer service and has experience with RPA related projects.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure the project deliverables improve payroll, billing, AR, AP activity accuracy, in a timely and efficient manner
  • Meet & engage with various stakeholders from different departments, branches, levels of the organization to thoroughly understand and document business requirements, process workflows, project success criteria, and work with project sponsors to determine how success will be measured.
  • Document testing scenarios, test scripts, testing issues, resolutions, sign off, and collaborate with project team to meet timelines and escalate risks.
  • Collaborate with other project team members to ensure project critical path items are addressed.
  • Support stakeholder communication and alignment of deliverables to requirements through entire project life cycle.
  • Flexibility of project methodology where required between waterfall, agile, hybrid.
  • Participate and lead operational change management of the final project deliverables, documenting user guides, leading in-services to end users, train on new process changes and ongoing updates/changes to process improvements.

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience:
  • Documenting & implementing improved operational processes in a growth company
  • Familiarity with systems supporting compensation and benefits, payroll, billing operations
  • Solid understanding of accounting as it relates to payroll and revenue recognition and internal controls
  • Experience with MS Office tools, Project, Visio, analytical reporting tools
  • Robotic Process Automation tools such as UIPath, or other workflow automation, process improvement analytics, LEAN is an asset.
