We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our client's dynamic team in the great Montreal Area. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial operations in a stimulating environment. Post invoices for multiple entities
Verification of supplier invoice accuracy
Payment of invoices on time
Bank reconciliation
Communication with relevant departments to resolve invoice issues
Enter revenues for assigned hotels
Follow-up on customer overdue payments
Participate in month-end closing
Answering questions from departments and explaining errors
Assisting other technicians in emergency situations
Declarations to tax authorities
Other related tasksQualifications
3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
Experience with Sage 300 and Beanworks preferred
Fluent in written and spoken English and French
Experience in the hotel industry or property management would be an assetSummary
