- Answer and direct phone calls and emails, organize and schedule appointments.
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Pay invoices and reconcile expenses, submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Assist in the administration (such as registration requests) for the customer online portal.
- Act as a point of contact for the department and liaise with administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from management.
- Professional working knowledge of English and French, both spoken and written.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office, including MS Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal instructions.
- Great organization skills and proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
