- Gérer la charge de travail et le rendement individuel des employés syndiqués;
- Assurer l'amélioration continue, notamment avec l'application du processus de résolution de problèmes;
- Coacher votre équipe (15-25 employés) afin de développer leur talent dans l'organisation;
- Identifier, documenter et standardiser les processus clés menant à l'atteinte des objectifs ;
- Optimiser le partage des connaissances et des meilleures pratiques à travers l'organisation;
- Vous avez de l'expérience en gestion dans un milieu syndiqué, dans l'industrie manufacturière ou aérospatiale idéalement;
- Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en gestion;
- Vous faites preuve d'un leadership, d'un jugement, d'une flexibilité très forts et êtes capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision ;
- Vous êtes axé sur les résultats, capable de respecter des délais serrés et à l'aise de travailler sous pression et vous avez le sens de l'urgence ;
- Vous avez de solides compétences en communication;
- Vous avez une bonne compréhension des principes du lean manufacturing et de l'amélioration continue ;
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais ;
- Vous avez des connaissances en peinture aéronautique;
- Exert your leadership while respecting the vision and values of the company;
- Be able to work under pressure and engage your team to meet strict deadlines;
- Manage your team performance using KPI's;
- Manage the union employees workload and individual performance;
- Ensure continuous improvement, notably with the application of the problem resolution process;
- Coach your team (15-25 employees) in order to develop their talent in the organization;
- Identify, document and standardize key processes leading to the achievement of objectives;
- Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices throughout the organization;
- You have management experience in a unionized environment, in manufacturing or aerospace industry ideally;
- You have excellent management skills;
- You show very strong leadership, judgment, flexibility, and are able to work with minimum supervision;
- You are results oriented, able to meet tight deadlines and comfortable to work under pressure and you have a sense of urgency;
- You have strong communication skills;
- You have a good understanding of the principles of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement;
- You are proficient in French and English;
- You have knowledges in aerospace painting;
