- Entering all orders received via telephone, email or from our webstore
- Processing credit card payments on orders as required
- Assisting customers with tracking shipments
- Assisting sales team with creating and organizing presentations or demos
- Maintaining catalogue mailing list for marketing
- Assisting with general inquiries from bilingual prospects and clients
- Assisting with follow-up on delinquent (bilingual only) accounts
- Accounts payable data entry and filing
- Mailing and emailing of invoices
- Filing of picking tickets for LKG & Bridges
- Strong oral and written communicator, bilingual in English and French
- Excellent planning, organizing, & communicating skills.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Multitasker capable of handling different requests and multiple priorities across business units
- Good data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel, and ability to adapt to an ERP system for order entry and returns management
