It’s our employee promise.Our hybrid work model provides the balance between working from home and enjoying meaningful in-person interactions.Ready to make your mark?About the roleWe're looking for an IT Business Analyst Senior to supercharge our mobile team!This position reports to the Manager, Digital Products (Mobile App & Added-value features).You'll be the critical link between Business, IT, and Quality Assurance, spearheading the creation and enhancement of a digital product that's not just the best in insurance – it's the best, period.What you’ll do here:Analyze business needs to define IT solutions.Lead, prepare and participate in business requirements workshops to specify IT solutions.Make impact analysis and effort estimates to advocate, get approval, then document the IT solution using effective methods and interacting with both business users and the IT project team.Support the development of solutions and monitor the velocity of the team.Support test quality assurance activities and user acceptance tests.Support Product Owners in handling their backlogs and prioritize work to be done.Document User Stories effectively so they can be clearly understood by Front End, Back End developers and Quality Assurance.Identify and convey the impacts on Business processes to support change management in Business units via train the trainer documents and procedures.Build a solid, reusable, and thorough system documentation to be used by any stakeholders.What you bring to the table:Bachelor's degree in a related field, or any combination of equivalent education and experience.Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.Project experiences in Agile SAFe mode.Experience and knowledge in the insurance field.Experience and knowledge of mobile apps.Proficiency of JIRA & Confluence.Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Analytics & Swagger.Profile sought:Customer-centric mindset.Commitment to high-quality deliverables and follow-throughQuick learner with the ability to adapt to new environments and systems.Effective planning and organizing skills.Strong problem-solving skills.Dynamic, autonomous, and open to changesExcellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.#LI-HybridWhat we offerWorking here means you'll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
