We are seeking well-organized, customer service-oriented individuals to work in our service drive-thru as a customer service representative in one of Canada’s most progressive automotive organizations.   • Strictly adhering to protocols set by our governments, public health authorities, and medical professionals
  • Providing hand sanitizing stations, disinfectant wipes, masks and gloves for employee use
  • Enhanced cleaning procedures by our dedicated cleaning team
  • Implementing pre-screening questions for customers prior to booking appointments
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possess a basic knowledge of computers
  • Well organized and reliable
  • Good work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • The ability to drive a standard shift vehicle
  • Excellent driving record
Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet service customers in a friendly manner
  • Record customer vehicle information
  • Tag keys
  • Move vehicles
  • Light computer work
  • Other duties as assigned
