- Working with more than 15 requisitions at a time for dispatcher and clerk positions
- Someone who like a challenge when it comes to recruitment, some roles are not easy to fill.
- Thinks of outside box and is a go-getter
- Creative in sourcing (indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals etc)
- Experience in Transportation or Logistics
- Minimum 2 years of TA/Recruitment
- High volume recruitment
- Roles will typically be for drivers/dispatcher/billing clerks
- A perfect candidate will be an organized person comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in a high demand role.
- Good time management
- Excellent communication in both French and English
- Team player
- Ability to pass a criminal check
