This Accounts Receivable Clerk position requires:
Process all Accounts Receivable
Assist with Accounts Payable
Support administrative tasks
Produce and follow up on credit notes
Perform account openings and follow-up
Verify order reports and numerical follow-up.
Enter physical inventory monthly and verify discrepancies.
Calculate discounts.
Perform contract cancellations, partial and final releases.
Reception replacementQualifications
This accounts receivable clerk position requires..:
Training: DES, DEP or AEC
Knowledge of Excel (basic)
Good knowledge of bookkeeping and collections
Knowledge of spoken and written languages: French and EnglishSummary
