- Responsible to maintain individual item replenishment parameters to meet/exceed service level while engaging in activities to minimize dead and slow-moving inventories
- Support the warehouse in process management related activities
- Develop and optimize current inventory management practices
- Work with Regional Supply Chain Manager, Retail Managers and Regional Admin Coordinators to develop action plans to meet the KPIs
- Track and report KPIs monthly
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock counts with computerized records.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage space and streamline inventory processes
- Coordinate activities with the various teams (Marketing, Buyers and Regional Admin Coordinators) to:
- Review service level and implement corrective actions
- Define order process for longer lead time orders
- Review and maintain proper replenishment parameters in line with the IU status defined
- Define the list of items sourced from the DC
- Coordinate internal movement of excess inventory and/or returns to vendors
- Manage supplier BOs and AP issues
- Diploma: B.A. in industrial engineering or administration, specialization in logistics would be an asset.
- Courses pertaining to the supply chain (purchasing, distribution, inventory management,etc.)
- Minimum 3 year in inventory management coordinator role
- SAP experience / proficiency and knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, Power Point, Access
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Action oriented, self-starter and comfortable with making decisions quickly
- Bilingualism (French and English) an asset
- Good written and oral communication skills
