As a Technical Architect, you are a subject matter expert in multiple families of solutions and serve as a senior advisor to leadershipWhat you'll do:Research, implement and build training on tools and processes to support M365 services offers in conjunction with key stakeholders across the businessExpand technical depth in products, solutions, and services. Achieves advanced certifications and technical depth in relevant technologies for CDW's Partner Certification Requirements.Design technical solutions using standard approaches, considering the customer's infrastructure limitations and opportunities; analyzes, interprets, and presents assessment results; operates comfortably beyond standard approaches to satisfy the needs of all the stakeholders.Determine and define services that complement and/or round out proposed hardware and software engagements, estimates required consultant effort.Assist in developing standardized templates of deliverables, including the SOW framework, tools, demo lab and scripts, and services calculation.Conducts technology/solutions training for CDW audiences using individually developed material.Contribute to the team's knowledge base and readily shares knowledge with other internal teamsCollaborate directly with the sales team to design solutions for customers using the best mix of vendor-partner products and solutionsFollow industry technology trends and share that knowledge with current and prospective customersWhat you need to succeed:Must-have:10+ years in an IT consulting or senior IT operations roleDeep technical expertise in Microsoft Modern Workplace, M365 and IntuneExperience in collaborating directly with customers along with a proven track record of technical leadership and accomplishmentsAbility to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with customers, coworkers, management and executivesEager to take on new tasks/responsibilities and passion for customer experience, operational excellence and continuous developmentNice-to-have:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceSkills and experience with the following technologies: Dell/EMC, HPE, Cisco, NetApp, F5 Inc, VMWare, AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCPAbility to obtain and maintain relevant industry standard certificationsWho we are:CDW is a leading technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare organizations in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
