- Establish and develop partnerships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization: HR, finance, IT, managers, employees.
- Participate in the evolution of the Workday system in a North American company, focused on talent management and covering the following modules: HR, Compensation, Performance, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Talent, Training & Development. Respond to and administer tickets forwarded by the HR Service Center concerning HR systems questions or issues.
- Make an initial diagnosis when a problem is raised
- Collaborate with senior consultants and specialists to find both causes and solutions for problems raised
- Your role also involves performing certain validations, corrections and configurations to ensure compliance with organizational processes, and maintaining and improving data integrity.
- Keep the teams concerned informed throughout the process
- Suggest process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce the number of tickets at the service center.
- Document the solutions identified to speed up the resolution of future tickets.
- Write test scenarios for system improvements and correction of identified issues.
- Carry out and document functional tests
- Bachelor's degree in administration, IT management or human resources management
- Two years of relevant experience in human resources, compensation, performance, payroll, time and absence, recruitment, talent.
- Experience with HR systems (Workday, an asset)
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, in both French and English.
- Organizational skills (planning, document management, follow-up)
- Strong capacity to adapt
- Bilingualism is required (French and English). You will interact regularly with colleagues across the country.
