Through developing tactics to increase new client acquisition and deepen engagement with existing clients, the Manager will ensure specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are delivered in support of the team's business strategies and objectives, making sure that that all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. In this role, you will:Contribute to the development of new programs from concept to execution including the preparation of supporting business cases, documents, presentations and project plansContinually optimize programs to drive results; forecast and develop key product insights to enable decision-making in line with the Bank's risk appetite and cultureBuild collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g. Credit Risk, Finance, Marketing/Digital Marketing, Analytics, Branch) and lead efforts to pursue integrated, high-impact acquisition and engagement opportunities across the Business BankManage and support project plans for implementing initiatives. Identify milestones, timing and recommend resources required to complete initiativesAdopt a test and learn approach including ongoing refinement of customer collateral, website content and acquisition digital creative and communicationsLeverage data and customer insights to drive channel effectiveness and improve marketing treatmentsAnalyze monthly results, sharing out reports and key drivers with cross-functional team members and leadershipDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
