Are you detail-oriented with a knack for HR/Pay systems? We're seeking an HRIS Coordinator to play a vital role in supporting our Payroll and People & Culture teams across the county. This position is all about maintaining accuracy and efficiency within our HR/Pay systems, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of payroll and HR functions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Keep employee records up to date in the ADP system, ensuring precision and completeness.
  • Review and input employee change data into the ADP system, including new hires, pay adjustments, promotions, and terminations.
  • Utilize ADP to generate reports and analytics, supporting decision-making and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with payroll and People & Culture teams to ensure seamless data transmission for payroll processing.
  • Stay informed about ADP system updates and collaborate with the team to implement enhancements and new functionalities.
  • Conduct regular audits of ADP data to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors.
  • Provide support during HRIS system upgrades, testing, and implementation phases.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on payroll, HR systems, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient understanding of payroll and HR functions.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, Teams.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Fluency in French is considered an asset.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time, salaried role with hybrid and in-office work requirements.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the country of interest at the time of any employment offer, and obtaining any required work permits/visas is the sole responsibility of the candidates.
  • Role may require travel.
