As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our office. You will provide exceptional customer service, manage guest inquiries, and support various administrative functions. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.This is a 3-month contract with a strong opportunity to become a permanent position.Advantages

- Assist with event coordination and support as needed.
- Managing email inbox with high demand
- Oversee the functionality of 2+ floors, coordinating with staff for janitorial upkeep
- 50% front desk, 50% floating from floor to floor to coordinate tasks as needed
- Support administrative functions, including data entry and coordination/tracking of catering and vendor access.Qualifications
-Corporate office experience is an asset.
-Retail background or service-oriented experience.
-Professional with a polished demeanor.
-Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.Summary
