Student Experience Manager

- Work with a local and global team to develop and execute the best experience for BrainStation students and alumni
- Oversee programming setup and preparation to ensure a smooth execution by team members
- Lead BrainStation onboarding, programming debriefs and reviewing student feedback
- Build and develop relationships with hiring partners and companies to support BrainStation's graduates
- Work closely with our global Experience team to develop and implement strategies to grow our network of hiring partners
- Develop and maintain alumni relations to build BrainStation's community
- Oversee BrainStation alumni outcomes tracking, ensuring consistency and quality of data collection
- Identify opportunities to improve program delivery and efficiencies
- Support the leadership team by providing relevant analyses, insights, and recommending improvements
- Participate in the local tech community and build the BrainStation brand
- Bachelor's degree
- 6-10 years experience in a customer or client facing role
- Experience in hiring, coaching and managing people
- Ability to lead projects on time and within budget
- A proven work ethic with utmost integrity and desire to excel and succeed
- Strong attention to detail
- Public speaking experience
- Startup experience is an asset; ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth business environment
