You will also play an essential role in executing the data strategy and roadmap, leading the delivery of one or more key analytics projects, and working closely with and mentoring junior team members.What you'll be doing...
  • You will contribute to the technical aspects of the Analytics Engineering function, focusing on hands-on development, enhancement, and maintenance of data models and ELT processes within a data mesh architecture using Python for data pipeline development and automation, following best practices with dbt and Snowflake.
  • You will play a pivotal role in the delivery of key analytics projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting project timelines and objectives.
  • You will emphasize the importance of data quality and governance in your project work, contributing to the organizational data model's integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
  • You will engage in cooperative efforts with global teams, leveraging your English communication skills to understand project requirements and contribute to the creation of scalable, modular data products that support our strategic goals.
  • You will Mentor and work closely with more junior individual contributors (ICs), sharing knowledge and best practices to foster their growth and development within the team.
  • You will participate in the monitoring, optimization, and innovation of data pipelines in dbt and Snowflake, aiming for cost-efficiency and alignment with business needs for data timeliness.
  • You will support the development and adherence to data governance policies, focusing on data quality, lineage, and metadata management to uphold the data assets' integrity and reliability.
