Diagnose, maintain, and repair on-highway machinery to ensure safety and optimum performance.2. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.3. Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and procedures.6. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.7. Continuously upgrade skills and stay updated with the latest industry technologies.Qualifications and Skills:1. Valid Journeyman On-Highway Mechanic certification.2. Previous experience working with on-highway machinery; hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills.3. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.5.
