Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (Opportunity to work in-office 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week. We're not just seeking a candidate; we're seeking a creative soul who breathes life into emails, landing pages, social and paid campaigns, transforming them into captivating journeys that leave a lasting impression. If you're someone who thrives on collaboration, dares to challenge the status quo, and possesses a wizardry with design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, then you might just be the missing piece to our puzzle.Key Responsibilities:We're looking for someone who:· Radiates enthusiasm for both traditional and digital design, with a special zest for all things digital.· Embodies a "sky's the limit" mindset, ready to dive headfirst into any challenges that comes up.· Can craft visually stunning content that not only meets brand standards but sets new benchmarks.· Thrives on building and curating our Figma library and brand assets.· Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing to ensure design aligns with business goals and user engagement.· Can manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through completion under tight deadlines.· Keeps their finger on the pulse of design trends, injecting fresh ideas and new concepts into every project.· Can support the creation of bilingual content in English and French.But wait, there's more! As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to:· Dive into the exciting world of website redesign projects right from the ground level, putting your stamp on the digital landscape.· Play a pivotal role in mentoring and nurturing a junior designer and sharing your expertise.· Embrace your inner entrepreneur as we encourage thinking outside the box and champion creative innovation at every turn.Qualifications:· 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably in an in-house team or agency setting.· Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.· Demonstrated experience in designing digital content such as emails, landing pages, and paid advertisements, blogs and social.· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print projects.· Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.· Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.· Experience in creating motion graphics is highly desirable.· Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively with a team.· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design outputs.Why You'll Love Working Here:Work in our light-filled, conveniently located downtown office where you'll be part of a fun, fast-paced and collaborative team, working together to make an impact.
