- Capacité de communication en français et en anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit (niveau débutant) ;

- Avoir une excellente résistance au stress et le gérer de manière positive et efficace ;
- Bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles puisque ce poste implique un contact constant avec la clientèle ;
- Être debout/marcher pendant de longues périodes tout au long de la journée ;
- Soulever des charges jusqu’à 13kg ;
- Travailler des horaires atypiques et être disponible les jours, soirs, nuits, fin de semaines et fériés ;

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a high level of integrity, a concern for quality, cultural sensitivity and a sense of customer service.Job SummaryThis position will ensure our Guest’s receive an unforgettable dining experience by assisting the Server and other staff members when needed. The position will replenish water, and drinks, and present food when needed to our Guest’s as well. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication skills. In addition to the aforementioned expectations, the selected candidate must meet the following requirements;Core ResponsibilitiesStock linen, china, silver and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition;Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverage and food items while explaining the contents, and anticipate the guest’s needs before requests are necessary;Preparation of condiment and garnish items;Have full knowledge of the menus;Assist with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to guest, as well as removal of items from the guest’s table;Be a team player and assist others when needed;Able to work weekends and holidays;Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations;Reports all incidents or unusual situations to the supervisor as quickly as possible;Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management;Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Employee Manual;Desired Qualifications and SkillsAbility to communicate in French and English, both orally and in writing (beginner level);One (1) year experience in the same role, ideally in a luxury hotel environment;An affinity for guest service;Good interpersonal skills.
