processes for our client. The new business administration system will replace
82 non-integrated systems with a single software solution.
In preparation for AIMS go live, we are seeking two Project Coordinators who will contribute to
deliverables associated with the project and the project management office (PMO).Deliverables:
The Project Coordinator will be assigned tasks and responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Working with the PMO and Leads to assist with the development and maintenance of
project plans for work streams;
Manage and oversee team progress to meet work stream milestones;
Coordinate functional team activities and deliverables;
Coordinate and schedule team meetings, agenda and minute preparation and distribution;
Provide direction for the work stream team;
Report and oversee timely resolution of work stream issues;
Provide industry knowledge, experience in the projects, budget management, and risk
mitigation;
Perform knowledge transfer;
Participate, review, and assist in developing key project decisions;
Follow-up on change management concerns related to new or revised policies and
procedures, job changes, training requirements;
Provide status reports to the PMO and Leads on a regular basis;
Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Proponents shall meet the stated minimum qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Admin, Commerce or equivalent;
Project management professional credentials;
2+ years' experience working on projects as a Project Manager or Coordinator;
Specific knowledge of working in ERP, or Cloud based solutions would be an asset;
Preference for Oracle ERP and Ultimate Kronos Group Dimensions knowledge is an asset.
