- Collaborate with the ISS Product Development Manager to identify required new and enhanced ISS capability in support of the ISS Product Roadmap.
- Create standard operating procedure documentation to outline and define required system functionality and provide a future state view to support system analysis and development.
- Work with business analysts and consultants to deliver required in-store system functionality. Provide in-depth analysis of existing system capabilities and determine where enhancements or new functions are required.
- Lead the approval process for system enhancements and new functionality, collaborating with the ISS Product Development Manager.
- Responsible for maintaining updated standard operating procedure documentation as new and updated functionality is approved. Provide direction to ISS team members in support of new and updated system development.
- Lead the user acceptance testing process for new system features, system enhancements and defect fixes.
- Consult with Dealers and subject matter experts to define and document system functionality requests.
- Collaborate with the ISS Product Development Manager to evaluate and rank the system functionality requests and present to Dealer Advisory Committee.
- College Diploma in Business, with three to five years’ experience in a retail or systems focused role.
- Experience within the Retail industry, with expertise in-store systems and store level standard retail operating procedures.
- Proven project management skills, with excellent organizational, research and writing skills.
- Ability to think analytically with an aptitude to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to effectively document the different functionality of software and comfortable in testing functionality and user acceptance testing.
- Highly self-motivated and organized, with the ability work under strict time and production deadlines while producing and leading the production of quality deliverables.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with Dealers and store staff, subject matter experts, business analysts, consultants, and ISS team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong knowledge of Home Hardware’s Systems and Services is an asset.
- Excellent verbal English skills with presentation experience. Fluency in French is an advantage.
- Ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
